Evidence of the existence of God
1 The prophecy of Daniel chapter 11, given 2500 years ago is coming to pass with out a hitch.
2 Revelation chapter 18, this prophecy was given almost 2000 years ago and greatly resembles The World Trade Center tragedy of 11-September-2001.
3 Remarkable fulfillment of Prophecy. Revelation 8:11 "The name of the star is wormwood, and many men died of the water because it was made bitter." Wormwood translated in Ukrainian means Chornobyl. Chornobyl is the Ukrainian nuclear power plant which exploded on the 26-April-1986, and caused the worst environmental disaster the world has known. No one can say here, that the prophecy was written after the event occurred. My Bible says printed 1971.
4 Even more remarkable is this, a prophecy given says the Jews were to be punished for a period of 2520 years. Counting from the time punishment began, meant it would end on the 9-December-1917. This prophecy was fulfilled down to the very day, 9-December-1917. NOTE: Punishment is not the same as persecution, they are of a different meaning, another persecution followed during World War 2 which was past 9-December-1917...Read article to understand.
5 Jeremiah 16:14-16, Jeremiah 29:14, Jeremiah 30:1,2,3, Jeremiah 30:11, Jeremiah 31:7,8, Psalms 106:27, Psalms 106:47, Deuteronomy 29:24, Deuteronomy 30:1-6, Ezekiel 20:33-37, Isaiah 11:9-12. These are some verses that foretold the scattering and regathering of Israel, along with this: "Thus says the Lord God I will gather you from the peoples, and assemble you out of the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give you the land of Israel." Ezekiel 11:17. History has confirmed, no other people has been scattered for thousands of years and regathered as Israel was in 1948. Man can have ambition such as Napoleon, Hitler etc., but he falls far short to fulfill it, not so with God, God is in complete control, and he says in Isaiah 46:9-10, "I am God, and there is none like me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, my counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose." Anyone can make a prediction (prophecy) but only a supernatural power can make it come to pass, the scattering and regathering of Israel would not be possible to be brought about by man.
6 Evidence suggests that the boat shaped formation on Mount Ararat is Noah's Ark.
7 Much proof shows that Noah's Flood is not mere legend.
8 Historians say that the resurrection of Jesus Christ is the best evidenced, best clued event of all ancient history. Roman and Jewish historians of Jesus Christ's time considered it a fact. One example is the historian Josephus, we quote: "Now there was about this time Jesus, a wise man, if it be lawful to call him a man; for he was a doer of wonderful works....for he appeared to them alive again the third day."-"Antiquities of the Jews," p.535. A historian of today Paul Maier calls this "positive evidence from a hostile source which is the strongest kind of historical evidence. In essence, this means that if a source admits a fact decidedly not in its favour, then the fact is genuine." Are you a mocker of the resurrection?
9 Evidence points to the reality of the burning of Sodom and Gomorrah.
10 The Dead sea Scrolls contains all of the book of Isaiah, which was written 700 years before the birth of Jesus Christ, and is remarkably accurate to what we have in The Bible today, Isaiah gave many prophecies about Jesus Christ, his birth, his life, his death, and all came to be. 11 Archaeology, The Bibles' great corroborator continues to prove it on every point.
12 Miracles are a proof of God, miracles today are a regular occurrence. See photographs of events which experts can't explain.
13 Regarding the shape of the earth, The Encyclopedia Americana says: "The earliest known image that men had of the earth was that it was flat....". When this view was the norm The Bible had this verse in its pages, Isaiah 40:22 "There is one who dwells above the circle of the earth....". How could Isaiah go against the trend of thought and yet be correct is a question not easily solved by those who deny the inspiration of The Bible.

The application of God's laws of sanitation finally stopped the Black Death, which was estimated to have taken the lives of one in four persons in the 14th century alone! Many historians feel it was the worst disaster ever recorded in human history. What finally turned the tide against this dreaded plague? The procedures came from Leviticus 13:46 "All the days wherein the plague shall be in him he shall be defiled: he is unclean: he shall dwell alone; without the camp shall his habitation be." Discerning historians credit the Bible for the dawning of a new era in effective disease control.
15 Scientists, based on findings of the C14 dating method say The Shroud Of Turin was forged around 600 years ago, the C14 method can be wrong. The words of W. Wolfi (director of one of the AMS labs which dated the Shroud samples) are appropriate to bear in mind here: "The C14 method is not immune to grossly inaccurate dating when non-apparent problems exist in samples from the field. The existence of significant in determinant errors occurs frequently." Scientists also say that the method of forge is unknown. If it is forged, why can they not explain? Even with all the know how of today they still fail to give an explanation. It is only a human body form imprint on a cloth, so the method should have easily been known. This inability is more proof that the image on the shroud is that of Jesus Christ, and was formed at the time of resurrection by a supernatural (unknown to science) force.
16 Evolutionists take wild guesses as to how long man has been on the earth, while the Bible stands corroborated by plain statistics that he has been on the earth for about six thousand years.
17 When The Bible was being written, there was much uncertainty as to how the earth was held in space. Some for example, believed that the earth was supported by four elephants standing on a big sea turtle. The Bible was certain, and had this verse in its pages, Job 26:7 "[God] is stretching out the north over the empty place, hanging the earth upon nothing." Over 3000 years ago the Bible correctly noted that the earth has no visible support, a fact that is in harmony with the more recently understood laws of gravity and motion. How Job knew the truth is again not easily solved by those who deny the inspiration of the holy scriptures.
18 Genesis 1 only gives an outline of the order in which God created the physical universe and life on Earth; this order is the same as that determined independently by science. How did the writer of Genesis know that this was the right order?
19 Physical evidence on the historicalness of a person mentioned in the Bible is Pontius Pilate. Some said he never even existed. The inscription found in 1961 was a fatal blow to the doubts about Pilate's existence, the man who ordered the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.
20 Remarkable are the scores of Bible prophecies regarding Jesus Christ. Professor J.P. Free observed: "The chances of all being fulfilled in one man are so overwhelmingly remote that it is strikingly demonstrated that they could in no wise be the shrewd guesses of mere man."
The fullfiling of many of these prophecies was completely beyond the control of Jesus. He could not, for instance, have arranged to be born of the tribe of Judah, or as a descendant of David (Genesis 49:10 Isaiah 9:6,7 11:1,10 Matthew 1:2-16) Nor could he have maneuvered the events that led to his being born in Bethlehem. (Micah 5:2 Luke 2:1-7) Nor would he have arranged to be betrayed for 30 pieces of silver (Zechariah 11:12 Matthew 26:15) that his enemies spit on him (Isaiah 50:6 Matthew 26:67) that he be reviled while hanging from the executional stake (Psalm 22:7,8 Matthew 27:39-43); that he be pierced, but not a bone in his body be broken (Zecariah 12:10 Psalm 34:20 John 19:33-37) and that soldiers cast lots for his garments (Psalm 22:18 Matthew 27:35). These are merely a few of the many prophecies fulfilled in our Lord Jesus Christ.
More Evidence.
In God's kingdom eternal life can be attained by all humanity
The Scriptures clearly teach that the hope for the world lies in the blessings of knowledge and opportunity to be brought to all by Christ's millennial kingdom----the restitution (restoration) of all that was lost in Adam, to all the willing and obedient, at the hands of their Redeemer when all the willfully wicked will be destroyed.----Acts 3:19-23; Isaiah 35... It is God's pleasure for all of humanity to have eternal life, Jesus Christ said this in John 12:50 "And I know that his commandment [God's] is eternal life. What I say therefore I say as the father has bidden me." The Apostle Paul declares God "will have all men to be saved, and to come to the knowledge of truth." 1 Tim. 2:4 Paul also affirmed that there "shall be a resurrection of the dead, both of the just and unjust." Acts 24:15. "All the families (peoples) of the earth" are to be blessed through the seed of Abraham. (Genesis 12:3; 22:18; Galatians 3:8, 16, 27-29).
God has made it plain in his Word that the deliverance of mankind from sin and death, and the destruction of all evil, is to be accomplished by Christ, the promised Messiah. The Old Testament prophets foretold his coming and work. However, not until he did come at his First Advent did the Lord's people understand that the Messiah was to visit the earth twice----the first time he was to die as the Redeemer of the people; the second time to reign as king in a kingdom, or government, which was to be worldwide. "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government will be upon his shoulder, and his name will be called 'Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.' Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David, and over his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and for evermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this." (Isaiah 9:6,7).
Many passages of scripture foretell the blessed promises that will be a part of Christ's kingdom; and Isaiah describes that wonderful time in symbolic language, when he says, "Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price." (Isaiah 55:1) The prophet describes the calling that will go forth all over the world during that future thousand-year kingdom, when the human family will thirst for righteousness and Truth.
Concerning this water Jesus Tells us, "Whosoever drinketh of the Water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water springing up into everlasting life." (John 4:14) This water of life is a symbol to illustrate the gift of life that will become available for all of earth's obedient to drink...
The last six thousand years of man's habitation of the earth have not been the only "day" of salvation. It is merely "a day of salvation" (Isaiah 49:8). Only a few have been saved during these six thousand years. The rest of humanity, and this is all who have lived, will be given their opportunity in God's Kingdom, which will be established some time in the future. These and other verses tell us that eternal life will be given on a general basis.
